SEAT Tarraco e-HYBRID enters production

SEAT’s range of electrified vehicles continues to expand as the SEAT Tarraco e-HYBRID enters production this week.  The plug-in hybrid version of the brand’s flagship SUV will deliver a maximum power of 242 bhp.

The SEAT Tarraco is now available to order with both petrol and diesel engines that are certified under stringent new NOx emissions targets, Real Driving Emissions stage 2 (RDE2), ahead of mandatory compliance from January 2021.

FR and FR Sport models top out SEAT Tarraco range

SEAT has unveiled two sporty new trim levels – FR and FR Sport – for the head of its SUV family, the Tarraco. Offering enhancements to the exterior, interior and technology package, these two options complete the full range line-up for Tarraco. The seven-seater Tarraco, the latest and largest of SEAT’s SUV range, is available to order from February 11, with prices starting from £33,960 for diesel models.

SEAT Tarraco plug-in hybrid set for Frankfurt debut

SEAT is expanding the efficiency and desirability of the Tarraco, introducing plug-in hybrid powertrain technology and the sporty FR trim. The Tarraco plug-in hybrid is a demonstration of SEAT’s strategy towards electrification, which will include six electric and plug-in hybrid SEAT and CUPRA models by the beginning of 2021.

Order books open for SEAT’s Tarraco flagship

SEAT has now opened the order books for its first large SUV and new flagship model, Tarraco. The seven-seater, which sits above Arona and Ateca to complete the Spanish brand’s SUV line-up, features metallic paint, 17-inch alloys, DAB, alarm and Full Link for just £28,320.
