Approximately 1,000 exotic race cars will be competing which is the most cars you will see anywhere in the world. Over 7,000 classic cars will be on display on the infield for you to look at and there will be an Access All Areas policy which means you and your family can get closer to the action on the field. In addition, there will be a period funfair, shopping, aerobatic displays and rock and classic music entertainment. The action begins on Wednesday 26th July and the last day is held on the 28th July 2013.
If you like stunts, then you won’t be disappointed. Live demonstrations will be held with stunt bikes and street cars. If you feel inspired to take up stunt motor cycle riding make sure you have cheap bike insurance form Express Insurance before trying any Evil Knievel moves.
There are also plenty of food establishments and outdoor seating on the Village Green where you can watch the action on the big screen. You will be treated to a first time viewing of BMW’s latest models and you can also enjoy a free ride in the BMW wheel which stands at 40 metres tall. You can even take a helicopter flight and get the best point of view of the racing. You can look forward to a spectacular display of Formula 1 and Grand Prix racing, sports car racing, GT car racing and more. Some of races include Formula 2 versus Formula 5000 and The Piper Heidsieck International Trophy for Pre 1966 GT cars.
Tickets for the three day weekend cost around £95 plus booking fee and 6 to 16 years olds can go for three days for £10. Two day visits cost £7.50 for a child and £70 for an adult. Prices start at £35 for adults and £5 for children for a one day entry pass. AA customers are entitled to 10 per cent off of ticket prices. Remember to book in advance as tickets cannot be purchased on attendance.
