The new package incorporates fixed price servicing and parts and is available at Nissan dealerships and service centres across the country.
Designed from the ground up to be the industry’s most straightforward and transparent Aftersales proposition, the new scheme bundles together an unequalled range of services within a clear and competitive pricing framework to further enhance the Nissan ownership experience.
It also assures Nissan owners the highest standards of care for their vehicles, by building on the Nissan network’s core strengths – manufacturer-trained technicians with exceptional product knowledge and superior quality parts.
Chris Marsh, Nissan Aftersales Director said: “We have spent a great deal of time developing Nissan Service Care, studying the market place and consulting with our customers and dealers as we wanted to get it just right. As a result, I believe we have come up with a market-leading proposition for the benefit of our new and existing customers.
“Car servicing costs can be inconsistent making it difficult for customers to budget when it comes time to service their vehicle. Nissan Service Care removes any pricing uncertainty and ambiguity, introduces a new standard of affordability and builds trust and transparency.”
Covering the majority of past and present models in Nissan’s passenger car range* – regardless of age or mileage – Nissan Service Care incorporates the following:
Fixed Price Servicing
Nissan service customers will now pay one easy-to-understand flat rate based on the level of service their vehicle requires:
If the vehicle is high mileage and requires additional service items to be replaced, this will be identified to the customer and also available at a fixed price.
eVision vehicle assessment video
A trained technician will identify any concerns or problems with the customer’s vehicle, film it and make a personalised video explaining what’s needed. This will then be emailed to the customer so they can make an informed decision about what work they wish to have carried out.
The most common repairs will also be available at a fixed price under the new fixed price element of Service Care.
Free vehicle software updates
During service, a Nissan-trained technician will check for any recall or service-related campaigns that remain outstanding on the customer’s vehicle and update the vehicle software accordingly, helping to ensure the durability of the car – a service only available at an official Nissan service centre.
Free pan-European Roadside Assist
Under Nissan Service Care, all customers having a service undertaken on their vehicle will automatically receive one year’s free pan-European Roadside Assist, worth £95, helping them stay mobile with the minimum of inconvenience.
*Offer excludes LEAF, 350Z, 370Z, GT-R, Pathfinder, Navara, Patrol and LCV models.
