Following its debut at the Geneva motor show in March, Toyota has confirmed that a dynamic-looking GR Sport model will join the Corolla range this month.
Available with both the 121bhp 1.8-litre Hybrid and 177bhp 2.0-litre Hybrid drivetrains, it is offered in both hatchback and Touring Sports bodystyles. The Corolla GR Sport takes its initials from Gazoo Racing and features a new front grille with a dark chrome finish, lower side skirts and sills, together with a rear diffuser. Standard equipment includes 18-inch alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, front fog lights, LED headlights, cloth and faux leather upholstery and an exclusive Dynamic Grey two-tone paint finish. Black and red stitching are added to the instrument panel, steering wheel and shift lever, giving a more dynamic feel to the cabin.
Prices start at £28,025 for the Hatchback GR Sport 1.8 VVT-i Hybrid and rise to £31,020 for the Touring Sports GR Sport 2.0 VVT-i Hybrid.
