Monday
ŠKODA has announced UK full pricing and specifications for the all-new Superb. The new model will launch later this year with the widest range of engine, transmission and trim level options ever offered to buyers of ŠKODA’s flagship model. (Full story)

Jaguar Land Rover, the UK’s largest automotive employer, has completed the first cohort of a new and bespoke training course for ex-military personnel ‘Inspiring Tomorrow’s Workforce: Military Programme.’ (Full story)

GKN has demonstrated a range of new hybrid all-wheel drive (AWD), AWD Disconnect and torque vectoring technologies that will make future cars more intelligent, efficient and enjoyable to drive. (Full story)

Tuesday
MG just keeps on winning trophies – the latest is a prestigious apprenticeship award, which has another ‘gold gong’ behind it! (Full story)

Wednesday
The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) will today launch a nationwide consumer campaign to raise awareness about the latest low-emission car technology and challenge the increasing demonisation of diesel. (Full story)

Train commuters across the country can take comfort that Britain’s great railway network will be serviced by the best vehicles in the business, thanks to a new fleet deal which will see Volkswagen supply commercial vehicles to Network Rail. (Full story)

The BMW Group achieved its best-ever February sales result with 151,952 BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brand vehicles delivered worldwide (prev. yr. 141,207/ +7.6%). (Full story)

Thursday
SEAT has been rated the best in the business by company car drivers, earning it the honour of top fleet dealer network for new vehicle sales in the 2015 Experteye awards. (Full story)

Ford Motor Company today announced it will invest another £1.7 million in 2015 to provide free driver training to a further 5,000 18-24 year olds from across Europe. (Full story)

Friday
British cars are being made with more British-sourced components as the UK automotive industry’s renaissance continues apace, new research reveals today. (Full story)

First launched in 2003 Kia’s online used car locator has gone from strength to strength with over five million visits to the used car locator page in the last three years. In that time the locator has helped the growing number of motorists interesting in buying and owning a used Kia with over eight million used car searches since 2012. (Full story)
