Description

As we reach the final issue of DieselCar & EcoCar magazine with a 2020 date on it, for most people, the year has been filled with misery. So let the DieselCar & EcoCar team cheer you up with some interesting and uplifting content, including the annual Christmas Crossword, a festive Gadget Inspector and other Christmassy treats.

The cover has another of BMW’s love-it-or-hate-it designs, as the new iX is revealed – the company’s new pure electric SUV. Elsewhere we’ve got the first photos of the updated Jaguar E-Pace and Land Rover Discovery, as well as facelifted editions of the Fiat Tipo and Hyundai Kona Electric, and a new Toyota C-HR GR Sport. There’s news of both Bentley and MINI’s electric vehicle strategy and Citroën announces plans to cut prices and sell more cars online.

We’ve finally got our hands on a UK registered version of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, and we’ve driven the updated Citroën C3, the diesel SEAT Leon and the tremendous Range Rover D350 Autobiography. Aimed at company car drivers for lower benefit-in-kind taxation, we put the Audi A6 50 TFSI e through its paces. And in this month’s twin test, it’s two heavyweights that go into battle, as the Land Rover Defender challenges the Mercedes-Benz G-Class to a duel. Which one wins?

There are also your favourites like Doctor Diesel, The Extra Mile, Legal i, Buying, Selling and Maintaining, Marketplace, and the most up-to-date vehicle statistics anywhere in the magazine world. We’ve also got five brand new columns called Autojumble, Fuel for Thought, Motorgrump, Retrospective and Roadwatch, so if you haven’t seen DieselCar and EcoCar magazine lately, be sure to pick up a copy to test drive for yourself, the latest, facelifted content.
