Industry first as Dacia adds LPG bi-fuel option across the range

Dacia is the first manufacturer to offer LPG versions across the range, available direct from the factory. LPG versions of Dacia Duster, Sandero and Logan MCV models are now available, badged TCe 100 Bi-Fuel. All use a new 1.0-litre turbocharged dual-fuel powertrain, combining petrol and LPG capabilities and claimed to deliver superior torque in LPG mode.

Dacia offers factory-fit LPG solution

Dacia is launching a new factory-fitted dual-fuel solution across its range of Duster, Sander, Sandero Stepway, Logan MCV and Logan MCV Stepway models, the only manufacturer in the UK to do so. The all-new 1.0-litre turbo Bi-Fuel 100 engine combines petrol and LPG fuel to deliver reduced fuel costs, lower emissions and improved performance.

LPG autogas is just the tonic for tree surgeon

A Buckinghamshire tree surgeon has saved more than £3,500 in fuel costs by switching to autogas LPG. Graham Free was looking for a new van for his three businesses almost seven years ago and having found the ideal vehicle to end his search, Graham noticed the van had previously been converted to run on autogas LPG. Although he was already aware of the fuel, he was unaware of its money-saving and environmentally-friendly benefits.
