Renault adds Captur PHEV and Clio hybrid to range
Renault UK has confirmed full specifications of new E-TECH versions of its two most popular model line-ups: the Captur Plug-in Hybrid and the Clio Hybrid. The new Captur Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) benefits from a new petrol-electric powertrain, while the Clio Hybrid gets a petrol hybrid setup that is also capable of completing most urban journeys in zero-emissions electric mode.
Renault scraps battery lease for the new Zoe
Renault has announced class-leading predicted Residual Values (RVs) of up to 42 per cent, according to industry experts CAP. Calculated over three years and 30,000 miles, Renault says that this figure compares strongly with other new all-electric models in the market.
Renault prepares hydrogen-powered light commercials for launch
Renault is extending the use of its electric light commercial vehicles with hydrogen. Tested since 2014, Groupe Renault’s hydrogen technology was developed in partnership with Symbio, a Groupe Michelin subsidiary.
New Renault Zoe available to order from £18,670
The new all-electric Renault Zoe is now available to order, with prices starting at £18,670 with a separate battery lease, and customer deliveries from January 2020. The new generation Zoe features increased power and range, a host of technological improvements, an overhauled interior and new exterior looks.
Order books open for the all-new Renault Clio
The all-new Renault Clio is now available to order, with prices starting at £14,295 and customer deliveries from late October. Diesel models start at £17,295. Officially revealed at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, according to Renault, the fifth generation Clio “features the latest technological innovations and iconic style that have marked out its ultra-successful predecessors over the past three decades”.
