New SsangYong Korando scores top safety rating
Less than a month after its launch in the UK, the all-new SsangYong Korando has been awarded the highest-possible safety rating by Euro NCAP. The Korando achieved 88 per cent for adult occupant protection, 85 per cent for child occupant protection, 68 per cent for pedestrian protection, and 74 per cent in the ‘Safety Assist’ category.
SsangYong launches new Korando SUV
SsangYong Motors UK has launched its all-new Korando C-segment SUV which premiered at Geneva motor show earlier this year. According to the company, the all-new vehicle “possesses the space and capabilities of a traditional SUV and features a whole range of enhancements to the outgoing model. It pairs new stylish exterior and interior design with advanced safety and infotainment technologies, as well as efficient new powertrains complying with future emission standards”.

The new SsangYong Korando SUV is the fourth-generation model to carry the name and follows on from the SIV-2 design concept first seen at the Geneva Motor Show in 2016
